i think that if you're going to make a help topic in the support forums, you should at least have the common sense and decency to name the topic so that the "helpers" know what you need help with before going in there.

i cant count the number of times i've seen a topic like "help please" or "question" and then i go in there seeing if i can help just to find out that i cant.

Hmm, I'm trying to figure out how we could put out there for people to leave a brief desciption or what their problem is about in the topic title.

I mean I completely understand and I thought most people do this, for example my help topic in myspace support "Youtube videos! HELP HELP HELP" XD

Anyone have any ideas? I mean we could always make a topic and pinn it and the title could have what it needs to say to get the point across, and people would view it or at least see the title.
