Ok, do you know this girl, or is it like the first time you have ever met her? Does she think you're physically attractive? These are a few factors you have to take into account.

How to steal a kiss:

1. Be light hearted, funny, and confident.
2. Be very polite, but make sure it seems natural. You want to be fake, but not look like a fake. Always be one step ahead. Get the door for her, but make it smooth and convenient for her. Make it seem as if you don't expect anything from her in the least, and if she does something sweet always leave a friendly thank you and smile.
3. Listen to her, and get her talking. Ask her how her day was. Open ended questions that will keep her mouth moving. If there is an awkward pause tell her a funny story or try to relate to the last thing she just said. Keep conversation flowing, but don't worry about it if things slow down. move to step 5.
4. Get some creative Ideas and milk them for all they're worth. Girls like fun surprises. Here's a good one that my friends do when they take a girl out to diner:

5. Take her to a movie that she's been dieing to see (you'll have to find out what movies she likes), and find a reason to like it even if you don't.
6. At the most romantic part of the movie and only if she's enjoying it. Look at her. If she looks back at you steal the kiss. If she doesn't look back, continue watching the movie. Wait till the end of the movie.
7. One the way out of the move side with her, whatever she says. If she liked it, you liked it too. If she hated it, then you hated it too. Whatever she says, you need to agree but you also need to expand.
