Wanting comment box, Not sure how and where to add what code? Options

I know it sounds dumb, but I'm using a div layout and want to add a comment space to my page. What code do I use and where do I put it?

I have a comment box for someone to add a comment, but how do i get my comments to show on my profile in a seperate box????
