I'm a victim of perfectionism. Sometimes I like it, but there are just times when I just hate it and really don't have the time for it. I'm a major perfectionist. If I don't like the way I write "the", I can just erase for literally three minutes.

i used to make a big deal out of those things, ESPECIALLY titles. i would just keep erasing and rewriting until all the letters were PERFECT.

Yeah same  I sometimes still do. If I think about perfection too much I feel the need to go around the whole house and spend hours fixing everything until it's perfect.
