I like how lots of people think the best place for a first kiss is in a theater. My guess is that the guy uses the length of the movie to stall, gather courage, etc. Then eventually he starts freaking out because the movie's about halfway over, so he finally does it and for the entire rest of the movie it's just AWKWARD because you're both thinking about it but can't say ANYTHING. All you can do is look at the screen, pretending to watch the movie, and say nothing. Great.
Seriously, try to stay out of the theater if you're nervous about kissing her. It's dark, you paid money to watch this movie, and you can't even talk without pissing people off. Romantic? Sure, the giant room, full of people, that smells like stale popcorn and possibly other things is romantic. Plus I hate going to the movies and sitting behind a couple of teenagers who won't stop making out the entire time. That's when I start throwing popcorn over the seat. |
