well with me, when it comes to me likeing someone, i can never ever talk to them. i dont kno wuts wroNg with me, but i just cant. my friends say i should just start a conversation, but its noT that easy. But at luNch i always catch him staring at me, i dont kno wut that means...maybe i have food on my face or sumthin,
 but i just need to kno, why this happens, and why does he always stare at me, wut should i do?

i would just say hi or w/e , like wave or smile , if i had a class with him him id ask to borrow some paper or notes or w/e things like that , borrow a pen or pencil lol. If its more of a random cute guy in the hall way i would just wave , smile or say hi , and maybe say somthing like " ive seen you around whats your name?" also , i might ask a few freinds if they know who he is or ask about him , thats what i do about my crushes so i know if i actually will like them haha
