I found a program on my dads computer that he used to use a lot, so I started playing with it out of boredom. I forgot he even had some form of image editing program on here. Anyway... Now how crappy does this image look?

Yeah, try adding some contrast to it. The text looks a little bit too choppy for me, so maybe try something softer that's positioned in a different place
