What's something that always helps you get to sleep? Or Sleepy rather..
I'm so awake, but I just want to fall asleep and wake up around 10 tomorrow. Days are going by so slowwwww. So I don't know what to do, I usually surf the web but its not making me tired currently  Oh I searched...the first page of my search..didn't see anything

Watching TV helps me get sleepy or going outside for some fresh air.
I always have to have noise when I am trying to sleep. I hate silence. It's annoying. I must have the TV on or music playing on my stereo. |
