I heard that its healthy for you to drink 8 glass of water a day but why ?
Do it helps the body lost fat? |

I would have to drink constantly... And it would get uncomfortable, drinking when you're not thirsty. I usually get about 16 oz of water a day (size of my Nalgene bottle), not sure how many cups that is.

You should drink water before you're thirsty to keep yourself properly hydrated. |
