I know I'm not the only one that's started thinking about Christmas gifts!

You know that ONE thing that's just too expensive to buy yourself and you start hinting about during the family dinner? Or, you're just too lazy to go get it yourself? Post it here! ... Or post your entire Christmas list... if anyone still does that.

So I definitely want a PS3. But I seriously doubt my parents will do that. I'll get the "You're in college! Go get your own!" Oh well.

Its true, the XB360 is much better than the PS3. If you're looking for a video game console you should look towards the Wii or the XB360. They're all around better. You can't really compare the Wii to either of them. Here is an article about the PS3 vs. XB360.

The separate components seem to pack a huge punch, but don't let these high numbers deceive you. The PS3's parts may be faster, but they don't communicate well with each other. This flaw in the PS3's design slows it down and allows the XBOX360 to take the lead in nearly every area of graphical performance.

If you're looking for a system with powerful graphics capabilities and an online community then go with the Xbox360. If you're looking for a recreational console then go with the Wii.

Anyway, what do I want... I want a surprise. Truth is, I can buy whatever I want. I really don't need anyone to buy it for me. Creative presents are usually the best. Something special from my Holly. That's what I want.

The Wii is more of something that's.. revolutionary in gaming, so it definitely cannot be compared with the xbox360 or PS3. The Wii itself sold over 9 million (or something like that) within it's first year. Yea, it's aleady been a year since it's been released. Neither the PS3 nor the 360 has done that. Why is it that Wiis are still no where to be found? I can walk in any bestbuy, walmart, Fry's Electronics,GameStop/EBGames etc. and I won't even see a single box for a Wii.

Might I point out (as I have many times before) that my boyfriend owns a PS3, xbox360, and Wii. Sadly, the Wii's not getting any lovin' right now what with Guitar Hero 3, Halo 3, BioShock, and soon-to-be-Mass-Effect PWNing our xbox360. At least our PS3 gets lovin' from our Blu-Ray discs.

XBoxLive gained momentum with its strong online community. Even though you have to "pay" for it, it's not really expensive if you get the annual thing... Whatever it's called. Although the 360 has BETRAYED (lmao Halo3) us with it's red ring of death, it's okay! We got another one and it's all good. I guess you could say that was the only downside. But luckily Microsoft extended its warranty to 3 years now.

PS3 may be superior in graphics (well... High Definition, yo), but there hasn't been much of an interesting line-up recently, so it hasn't really phased us.
