well with me, when it comes to me likeing someone, i can never ever talk to them. i dont kno wuts wroNg with me, but i just cant. my friends say i should just start a conversation, but its noT that easy. But at luNch i always catch him staring at me, i dont kno wut that means...maybe i have food on my face or sumthin,
 but i just need to kno, why this happens, and why does he always stare at me, wut should i do?

Think of it this way...
What if he were thinking, "Omg should i smile at that girl? What if she thinks i'm retarded?" And then he smiles at you, and you look away. What will he think?
