Does anyone in the world besides me use Photo Explosion Deluxe besides me?I got it from my friend during my early CB days, when I desperately wanted a photo editing program, but due to my funds I couldn't get Photoshop so my friend let me borrow his Photo Explosion discs.
So yeah does anyone use it, or even heard of it?

Can it make the corners for sqares and rectangles round?
Because I've really been wanting to add that to my layouts. I'll just go download it and find out
