So...
You lied to your boyfriend to get out a relationship as fast as possible, without taking into consideration of what would happen afterwards. (i.e. telling someone you're bi/lesbian when you're really not, and having nasty rumors spread.)

All of this makes me look down on the people who do lie while involved.
I've had a few friends who lied to their boyfriend to get out a relationship; It always backfired on them, and I was left cleaning up the mess.

But to each their own.
My suggestion is to just tell them exactly how you feel about the relationship, and why it isn't working out.

All of the other suggestions are rather childish...
