I don't pop on as much now, but this deserves a post. Holly has been working towards this for more than a year now. I don't know anyone on staff, aside from mona, who has been on this site longer. I feel as if some of you will be jealous because Holly did become an admin in an non-traditional manor (Stafft>Head Staff>Admin). If there are any of you who are harboring jealousy and feel as if you should have been an admin, realize that the traditions set here in createblog were points of failure. They forced the staff to hire people who played a game to the top. Hiring someone outside of tradition is one of the first of many steps that will change the face of your staff in a positive way. Holly, I love you. I know you'll become a great mod, but only time can prove this to the members of cB. Show em' what your made of sunshine. Josh |
