White lines left from hiding copyright Options

Is there any way to get rid of them?

^ Those, at the end of my page, that extend all the way outwards.

If they can't be removed, then is there a way to leave the copyright visible, but make the white background OF the copyright transparent?

Also I couldn't find anything to do with the copyright that didnt have a background-color:transparent; in it already
