Is for everybody? Or that anyone who goes always gets what they want out of it even if they apply themselves?
I find that hard to believe. |

I went to Howard University in DC. It is really easy, maybe because I have good time management skills. My major was Communications. I just think it's so much better than getting busy work every single day. On your first day of class you know what you have to do, big and small, and you know when it's due. Also, the environment is more conducive to learning. the study groups, the libraries, the facilities. And also, seeing as you chose your major you are more into the work you're doing--it's relevant. And your freshman year it's just easy because it's basic coursework. It's definitely better than having constant busywork, but there's not necessarily less work. And as far as freshman year goes, I could not be more sick of stupid core classes that interest me none whatsoever. But yeah, I'm enjoying the environment a ton. Though I could do with a more...intellectual school. |
