Get the thing up you want to copy.
Hit Print Screen. Open Paint, PSP, Photoshop...whatever program you have. Open a new document and paste the screen shot in there. (Ctrl+V or Edit>Paste). Save the document. Go to Imageshack, find the image you saved, open it and hit upload. Copy the link of the image. Come to cB and when posting, use this code: CODE [thumb]YOUR IMAGESHACK URL HERE[/thumb]
