So I was in Maryland over the weekend and right when you get past the Potomac river bridge you see this billboard that has 10ft high letters that look like they were spray painted and it read VIRGIN. It pretty much catches your full attention if your driving past it, it seems.
So under it says, teach your kids in not a dirty word. ![]() So do you guys really think the word 'Virgin' is a dirty word? Or have you ever felt like it was? If yes, why? |

I'm guessing that these ads are promoting abstinence and that there is a common stigma among young people that there is something "wrong" with you if you're still a virgin after a certain age. They're saying that it's actually okay.
