Had to draw bottles from a still life using oil pastels in my art class. Oil pastels are so much fun :D I'd never used them before until this project.

Very strokey. It looks like it could be soft pastel with some white charcoal on top. Oil pastel should be used in a successful impressionistic way... or somewhat realistic.

I agree, the blending is a bit off.

You did a fantastic job with the transparency though. I always have trouble with that...
