so well, there's this thing in china. it's a computer addict boot camp. it's usually for kids who're maybe in their teens or so......
do u think it's righ? i heard that 70% of kids who go out aren;t computer addicts anymore while the other 30% still are. (this is all true, ok?) some of the activities i heard they do is dancing and paintball (well, it's sort of like paintball and laser tag at the same time) do you think this is right? i think it's alright because then it gives kids something to do other than get on the computer 24/7. it's great for them. what do you think? |

on one hand, i wouldn't mind kids going back to playing sports and just plain ol' running around instead of being locked up in their rooms all day. on the other, i'm all for my kid learning a ton of shit from being on the computer that s/he wouldn't learn in school or anywhere else. the best way to learn is to feed one's curiosity, and the easiest source to see anything and everything is the internet.
i know my parents and (future) husband disagree, but my kids are getting computers at age 3. |
