Div questions, help please Options

[Bit me]

This is my 1st time making div so I have alot of confusion and alot of questions i need help with, so hope you guys can help me! =] and I thinkthis also can call div's accessory

When i used the code like in the tutorial hide my profile it still show the little bars, if it used color background like this pic u can see the bar CLICK HEREhow can i hide those little bar..?

3rd. CODES FOR comment box like this PLEASE..?CLICK

4th. HOW come this croll box below when i use it for one croll box it work, but when i add ananother code like what the other one dissapear..>_<
