ADDING a space?

Someone posted a very simple one-line code to add a space between borders. I've searched for hours for that post, but can't seem to find it. Like a space where text would go, but an empty field with no text. Just to kind of space things out slightly so that the animated GIF I added isn't sitting right on top of my embedded music player. Please help, and thanks in advance!.

It's called a page break - depending on how you want to space it, you can add multiple breaks.
