Please Help Remove Gaps Above and Below After Headers were Hidden |

Would someone please be so kind enough to provide a code that would remove the blank spaces that were left above and below the "About Me" and "I'd Like to Meet" sections after I hid the headers?
I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance. |
