how do you have the codes? Options

do you know the codes for these stuff? like to make everything centered and no space between the friends and all? i tried typing it in, my friend said she found the codes here. but i don't know the tags. well anyways, i wanted to know the interests code, the extended network, and how orangetext is centered and the all the links for "friends & add comment". please and thanks!(:
