I still doubt she would take it to that extent though, I mean, she can though. Doesn't Jusun also have the right to sue since she damaged his property?

Suzzette used her mod powers to such an extent; and that was set about by a mass gang-up. There's no telling what plastering her image around the internet would do to her emotionally and er, make her do...legally. Sure she 'damaged' property (the online equivelent) and it was a malpractise or misuse of power, or whatever - but you'll have cases where the enormous stress she was under and the general crappy conditions here for her exempt her from blame. I think the term is 'temporarily insane'.  But I really wouldn't leave these personal profile pictures or signatures up of Suzzette any longer; there is no need. Besides, the air of primary school playground antics is really starting to get to me... |
