I believe metal is because of the dynamics involved.
Such bands as Dragon Force, Lamb of God, Mastodon, Arch Enemy and such. Debate. Yes, this is a debate. Why are such genre's so great? What about them makes them better than others, and why? |

I believe the Baroque Era, largely because of Bach. The man pretty much laid the foundation on which all modern music is based off.
