Sized pop-up window Options

I've asked this question here before (ages ago, and under a different name), but never got an answer that worked.

I'm trying to create sized pop-up windows for viewing photographs on a freewebs site. I found what I want here (click one of the icons and it brings up a sized pop up).

I see the code involved, and it's javascript, but I don't know how to edit it for what I want.

The basic code is:

(at least, I think that's it.)

The site I'm trying to put this on is here. Please disregard the layout, I'm in the process of changing it.

Any help would be amazing. I've tried plugging in what it seems I need to, but haven't had any luck so far. Thanks.

If you simply copy and paste it from another website, you would probably end up not understand how it works. Otherwise, you'd be able to fix it if it isn't working no?

Edit: Are you looking for something that will open all pop-up windows with the same dimensions or ones that will have the same dimensions as the image it opens?
