Ok so I just read a few posts in mod perf concerning mods not being able to answer questions about the tracker.
I understand that Jusun is the one that made the thing, and only he would know how to answer certain questions because no one else on staff is... educated enough about the subject... but dont you guys think that come time the next hiring round, you could try and find people that have a better working knowledge of the IT aspect of the site, as well as how to use the forum application expertly? (proactively, because i understand that your perfect mod squad may or may not apply for modship) i mean even if they dont have a lot of posts, maybe you can give the person a "special" status for only IT related issues? |

 I just always wanted to reply to great almighty kyro and seek his great advice of how to become "the perfect staff memeber"I guess I'll agree, I think Josh would be a great addition to people staff. I mean if we have a mini hiring hes not going to go for it because LAST time he ever tried getting on staff. He got member bashed to no end by people. (of course thats when he became the ass he is today on the forums because people treated him that way) So he thinks their biased and hes not going to get in the middle of stupid shit like that again. But yea, I've always thought he would be a good addition to people staff, he has the attitude for it and hes been a mod on other forums in the past I'm pretty sure o_O |
