Ok so I just read a few posts in mod perf concerning mods not being able to answer questions about the tracker.
I understand that Jusun is the one that made the thing, and only he would know how to answer certain questions because no one else on staff is... educated enough about the subject... but dont you guys think that come time the next hiring round, you could try and find people that have a better working knowledge of the IT aspect of the site, as well as how to use the forum application expertly? (proactively, because i understand that your perfect mod squad may or may not apply for modship) i mean even if they dont have a lot of posts, maybe you can give the person a "special" status for only IT related issues? |

I honestly don't think that we need to hire someone just for tech stuff. People make topics in Feedback about their problems with the tracker and anyone can reply to them and be reliable... they don't need to be on staff or have their own group to help out
 I think there was a topic that Jusun made backstage when he made the tracker public, but that was pretty much a basic thing of the functions of the tracker and such... nothing in detail.
