Have you guys ever tried any form of striptease aerobics?
I know the 24 hour fitness by my house has classes every week but I've never went. However, I have tried Carmen Electra's videos on striptease aerobics and they're a lot of fun, haha. I don't know if they'll really help you tone up and lose weight, but at least they're fun. |

Haha. I remember my aunt gave my mom that workout DVD. My mom didn't know what it was, so when she put it in the DVD player she was all "WTF?!"
 I haven't tried it myself. |
