^ ignore tung; half the time he doesn't even know if he's genuinely flirting with people or just leading them on...
learning these things is based heavily on trial and error; experience is usually your best bet when trying to decipher guys. you have to be extremely observant: does he treat all other girls the same way, does he treat you like the flavor of the week (like you today, ignore you the next); but remember that there is no one answer or one-for-all solution some things to take note of are if the guy goes out of his way to do things for you, or if he tries to get you to hang out with his friends. however, these two things can easily be either genuine or just a false act. just stay cautious and aware; don't fall for anything a guy says when you first meet him. that doesn't mean guys are always lying with what they say, just remember to keep in the back of your mind the possibility that he's just playing around..  i hope that helps
