First off, I'm a guy. I figured that health was mainly a girls place so I though I'd just go mention that . . . if not I'm sorry ^^;
Anyways, I was wondering if any of you guys know how to flatten out your butt. I walk a lot and it seems to work only a little. I have to go walk 3 miles every weekday to get to and back from school. But usually when I go out and do nothing but walking, I lose track and walk a little to far and sort of wonder off and get lost. Then I hafta call someone to pick me up . . . But really, I kinda wanna know if there's anything that I can do at home that would help flatten out my butt. |

Squats! Trust me. I asked my P.E. teacher freshman year "how can I make my ass more firm?" And he said "SQUATS!"
Take them easy at first, either go running to warm up, or just take it easy if you start. If you overdue it, you'll get cramps the next day. ![]() |
