i was wondering, which shop has the best skinny jeans?
i just saw that style everywhere now, and im like "OH!...I GOTTA GET ME SOME!!!"... hehehe, but not sure where?? anywhere???..... heheheheee |

But what's a good brand that has skinny jeans that will fit petite figures? (Regardless of price) Are the ones from PacSun tight, but stretchy? :]
