Should I be depress.. I need advice, i still keep thinking about him Options

Well this day .. its been 1 year since we splited .He saids we're friends but doesnt even talk to me, doesnt call. He was the cause of my depression that I now have. He said he cares, but doesnt show it. He left me for a online girl when I really love him alot. The online girl lied to me and started devolping feelings for him. He ignore me and didnt consider my feelings at all. He started treating me bad, and didnt believe me when I was going through a pyschotic espisodes for a period of time and didnt know what was going on with me. Ever since he kept rubbing things in my face putting me down saying the online girl was better than me, and telling me he loves her. And the one day he called me worthless and nothing matter anymore, I been depress. I never felt so ugly in my life. I know I have alot of friends that say Im a very beatiful and any guy would love to have me..but I just feel so sad since he left me like that. Yeah I take medicene too but im tampering off of it..what should I do to overcome this?

I know its hard but try to keep yourself busy with friends so you dont think about him. Adventually he will find out his "online girlfriend" was a 40 year old man. Do you really want someone who calls people stupid, ugly and whatever else he called you? You dont, your better off without him.
