the fact that 3 white kids can get away with threatening black kids with nooses and nothing but mere suspension but the black kids can have their whole future taken away from them isn't racist?

Sure they claim that it's not about race, but then why is a 16 year old black male being charged as an adult? The boy is 16 and has the possibility of being put a way for 22 years. If he were white, he would've merely gotten juvie for probably a couple months at most. Where's the justice in that?

And what about the fact that a few days before this white kid was attacked, there were white kids attacking black kids in Jena. How come they haven't been charged with assault or aggravated battery?

but the black kids or whatever decidedto beat the shit out of a white kid and they deserve the punishment for what they did
