How do you get rid of the fat under your arms and like near your armpits. Its really starting to bother me because it makes me look fatter than I really am >< And whats an easy way to lose fat around your stomachh?

SWIMMING -- has worked wonders for me
push ups -- not my favorite, but very good and just good old "getting out there" what i mean is, get outside and do stuff. Tennis, basketball or any sport you like that requires lots of movement. then it will feel less like a workout. |
