22 year old guy having sex with 16 year old girl, Am I right to be angry? Options

Hi. Long time reader, first time poster.

I found this in a fitness forum.

A guy, 22, wants to have sex with a girl who's 16. I'm the dad of a 1 year old daughter. I am worried about her enough as it is, but I cant think of how much I'd worry about this if this was my daughter. I'm angry about this guy doing this, am I right to be angry? What would you do if your daughter was in this situation?

Angela keeps up the conversation while the words “you’re a pedophile” rattle around in my head. I tell myself, “The legal age of consent in Ontario is 16. She is legal and she is f**kable.” The battle of ethics continues in my mind for a period of time. I’m brought back to reality when Angela hits me on the arm.

It's really common these days for this to happen. I think with how things are now in the world girls like going after older guys and I guess that could be why she was flirting some much on the blog. I personally found his story kind of funny seems like a blog this guy goes to and just types about his travels through places picking up chicks. Honestly though, its not our problem. He can post what ever he wants and do what ever he wants if it doesn't go against the law and from the looks of it where he lives its fine to have sex with a 16 yr old and for him to be 22. That's how it goes, can't do anything about it unless they do do something and she considers it rape and reports it.

I guess it if was my daughter I would be pretty irritated, but you know ultimately its her choice and there isn't really any way your probably going to find out if your daughter was actually going out and doing stuff like this.


Lol, become a pick up artist, so i was write about the forum. Thats what the forum calls for then oh well, seriously dude if your going to get mad over the stories in there then I suggest not even bother to go on there and read the posts.
