How come I can only withdraw a certain amount of cash from the atm machine ? Only like 40 bucks where it says fast cash. What do that mean ? By the way I have a check card.

ATMs are only supplied with twenty dollar bills, so you can only get multiples of twenty. The "Fast Cash" or "Quick Cash" option is just there to make it easier for you. (:
