Collection Agency sending me letters, that i need to pay such and such debt?

I don't know, don't you have to be over 18 to be contacted by the Collection Agency
It's probably a stupid question.

My dad had bought me this excersise machine so i can keep fit
so he paid for it with his Debit Card, & i signed up for an online account(free)
So i could buy stuff online from them, and get like health tips, whatever.

and about a year later(now) they're sending ME a National Collection Agency letter informing me that my name has been sent to them and only my response can take my name off of that.

but, my dad already paid it, it was 3 monthly payments
and they went through, although that was a year and some days ago,
we don't have the Bank Statements for that, and then months later we
lost the Debit Card and got a new one.

This is bullshit, lolz.

my little sister was like " haha, you're not even 18, and you have bad credit "

?? lol..

I'm confused.

I just want to know, is that even possible? I'm only 17, they need to leave me alone. lol I don't work, shit. lol

you just need to call them and tell them that you are only 17 and that you haven't bought anything ....

just call and talk to them...

maybe that will straighten this out shrug.gif
