www.Theearlynovember.net

I love their navigation menu. The sun, with every ring being a link.

I have no idea how they did this. I'm new to basically Photoshop as well as coding. I've been watching many tutorials and all of them show slicing in ImageReady for the area designated as the link.

I have made a sun that I would want to use for this idea, but am stuck on how to slice it or basically make the particular rings links...

My Question(s):

1.) Did they use slicing for this? If not, do you know what concept was used so I can search tutorials on it.

2.) Is slicing the most productive way to designate specific areas for links?

If it matters, it's a concept for a Myspace Div and I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 with ImageReady.

Thank you in advance.

Lastly, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place...

No..they made that in Flash.

Slicing is one way, or image mapping.
