I give it a 3.
 But for a third DIV, it's not bad at all.What seems really off in the layout is the nav. It just looks scattered and unorganized. Also, you could try to use different fonts, instead of sticking with just one font throughout the whole layout. Hm, it wouldn't hurt to make more boxes for the navigation and your About Me.
