ok lately. whenever i'm just by myself. i think about all the events in my life that make me really sad. and i do get really rally sad. and then suddenly i switch to these really silly happy thought and i suddenly feel giddy lol type of happy. am i bipolar? no thoughts of suicide. well i do think that my life was a pointess burden for everybody else and sometimes i do wish i wasn't alive. but they arn't strong feelings.

Depression doesn't always have to have suicidal thoughts. Did this start after you moved? Because it may be connected with that.
The thing abot bi-polar disorder is that it doesn't just affect your mood, but it effects your behavior as well. You'll do things that you don't mean. There's different stages in cycles of bi-polar disorder and there's also different types of bi-polar disorder. The thing with mood swings (don't take that as an offensive thing, because that's pretty much what sounds like what is going on) is that they can be linked to soooo many things. You'll probably have to see a doctor so they can examine you both physically and mentally. I mean, if you think about it they can be linked to PMS or all the way linked to a serial killer, lol. If you're worried about the doctor-patient confidentiality, look up what how that works where you live. Changes in mood are normal, but if they're affected your everyday life (and enough to the extent that you notice them this much) you really should go see a doctor. |
