I need someone to tell me what is the best image program? Such as Adobe photoshop. Also can some one tell me where can I donload Adobe photoshop for free.
 Now Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------

If you want cheaper prices and don't care if its used, try going to ebay.com and type in "Jasc Paint Shop Pro" or "Adobe Photoshop" You can buy PSP for about 20 dollars (used) and APS for about I think 50 dollars (used).
I bought my programs in Vietnam, really cheap. ^^ It's a shame I can't use Photoshop 7.0 though, my computers old, and you need Windows 2000 or higher to install it.  But at least I have Photoshop 5.0, but I think 5.0 really sucks...lol
