Most people use fob to describe the way certain Asians dress and act. Like, they look like they're living in Asia rather than America with their stuff. Clothes, haircut, stuff like that.



Fobby Asian boys are really into dying their hair and making it really spiky.

Fobby Asian girls are in blunt layering for their hair.

In Asia, they're really into baggy loose clothes for girls. It's just used to describe the difference in looks of America Born Asians and Asians that either recently emigrated or American Asians who are really into Asian culture.
