i have my periods really regularilly every month for about a week but it always gets relly heavy it has come to a point where its leaking thru my geans and everything.
 is that normal?

There's nothing wrong with using tampons at the age of 14, as long as you feel comfortable.

I started using them at roughly that age, and nothing bad has happened to me yet, haha. I also agree about using both...you just need to find something that works for you |
