Shedding pounds, or getting into shape

When a lot of people want to get in shape and loose weight, they just look at the scale. Which is misleading. You can become thinner, and in shape and still weigh more.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you work out and change the flab into fab, you might weigh more, or the same than you did before.

The best way to loose weight is to stop drinking sodas, change to water. If you dont like water try the flavored water or lemonade. And drink plenty of it, the more water the fuller you get, so you dont pig out on cheetos all day.

yeah, i stopped swimming this summer and lost like, 6 pounds..rofl BYE BYE MUSCLEEEE!

Except I lost about 10.
