okey so i went to the doctor and im pregnant...honestly im like at a loss of words you know, the doctor said that i have different options if i wish to "terminate" the pregnancy, like either a conventional abortion or some pill called RU something. I still havent told my mom, she's on vacation until tommorow, like i said me and my boyfriend are really not in the best of terms so im just so confused in wat 2 do. My sister started screaming at me when i told her, because she also had a baby when she was 18 (by the way im 18)--i feel so irresponsable, careless, stupid and i dont even know wat. I cant even imagine the face of my parent's when i tell them im pregnant. The reason why this affects me is because in my neighborhood its like all odds are against you and i really didnt want to become part of the Latina statistic that we all have of dropping out and getting pregnant before 21..so im just so dissapointed at myself and i dont kno wat else to say

Having a child doesn't meant that it's over for you. It's very possible to continue your education after having the child, you DO NOT have to be one of the 'statistics'. Many women have done it before, be optimisitic.

You should talk to you Mom before deciding what to do with the pregnancy (to continue/to abort).

Do not take all of the blame, it takes two to tango. If you think you're irresponsible, your boyfriend's an a-hole, sorry to be so blunt. Whatever happens LET HIM KNOW. It will give him a wake up call and maybe he'll learn from it, too.
