i have my periods really regularilly every month for about a week but it always gets relly heavy it has come to a point where its leaking thru my geans and everything.
 is that normal?

Try changing your pad/tampon more?
Or get heavier ones. Or use both. |

You're fine. You probably just need maximum protection: A super tampon (try using the sport ones from Playtex) and a regular pad (probably a petite / thin one by Always). |
