Can anybody tell me if there is a way to make pictures like this using Gimp?
http://www.raw-lyts.com/lyts/ivebeenlovingyou.htm Specifically the outlined brush bg that is a gradient and same thing with the writing... any help with be appreciated very much.

So far I haven't been able to figure out how to do it on gimp, but maybe I'll figure it out someday
