So I have this Jack Russel Terror that won't stop peeing all over my floor, and I can't figure out why. We take him out like five times a day and he still does it. I've tried everything I can think of to make him stop but it won't work, can anyone help me?

Well, I know it's not a urinary problem, because he gets his check ups and everything and they always say he's fine. It's just that he doesn't listen, and house breaking is difficult for him I guess. But I'll keep trying.
